Breach by the beaches! Amazing trips this afternoon, with whales everywhere! The wind and swell was making for some bouncy conditions and the whales loved it! Launching themselves into the air again and again! Itโs never a dull day on the Humpback Highway!

I was at Maroubra and saw lots of action out at sea. We even saw a pod of dolphins right in near the rocks.
What a wild afternoon!!!
Our midday trip enjoyed some beautiful conditions and one whale gave us an incredibly close breach just a few meters from the back of the boat! We were stunned!!
After lunch the weather began to turn and the wind was howling, but all we can say is wow! The whales were going ballistic! Massive breaching from mum and calf in some rough conditions made for an adrenaline filled afternoon!!

That's a happy one ๐คฃโค๏ธ
Looks like the afternoon was great fun - for the whales especially
Wow!
Sunny Sundays with breaching whales!
Our Express trip found a pod of 7 whales that seemed to just be cruising along, before suddenly exploding into action with some huge breaching and tail throws! As soon as they started, the other pods in the area decided it was time to join in, and even a large pod of Dolphins came out to play!

Head lunges along the Northern Beaches today for this little calf. Mum decided to show this young one how itโs done, followed by a great attempt by the calf to show us what it had learnt! Beautiful conditions today and letโs hope for a show this weekend!

A big hello from a big pod of whales on our 3pm cruise! ๐
We set out with no expectation this afternoon, but what we got was a pod of 7 humpbacks who were having a big get together and heading down south as one large pod.
We had to stop at one point as they changed direction and swam right past the front of our vessel with not a worry in the world.
We got a close up show of tail throws and what looked like a 30-40 ton whale trying to do a handstand (photo 4)
We're still seeing a lot of humpbacks out there!

Getting a few big pods coming through Port Macquarie the last few days! Be prepared for more! Had a pod of around 10 on monday. This may be some of them.
We've just sailed from Sunshine Coast back to Sydney harbour and the whale activity the whole way has been nothing short of amazing. Suspect you've still got a couple of good weeks viewing here off Sydney ๐๐๐๐
