A beautiful late afternoon cruise today, joined by two whales casually heading North. We had great surface times and some nice close passes, with a tail thrown included and some fantastic albatross as an added bonus!
We’ll be out again tomorrow, we hope to see you there!

The suns shining, the conditions are perfect, and this little whale decided to give us a couple of breaches! Not bad for a Wednesday afternoon if you as us!

They’re back!!
What a beauty of a cruise that was! Our Discovery and Adventure cruises from Darling Harbour found a pod of what looked to be three juvenile Humpbacks heading North. We saw great surface times and even a surprise breach that caught us completely off guard!
It’s good to be back!!

When the whales return to Sydney the swifts and swallows arrive in Hastings UK.

I wish I could of seen that
It seems you were only a day away from awesome action when you posted this! 🐳😌 Your post the next day came on my feed before this one!
I would love to come whale watching, but can’t afford it. I have seen them on the Oregon coast, which was fun, but they didn’t breach, just could see their spouts. One time we saw a young one swimming in a cove. 😊😊😊😊😊😊

The whales are on their way!
The excitement is building for the arrival of our beautiful Humpbacks!
There’s a big weather front coming through tomorrow which means we may not be able to head out, but it gives our whales some more time to reach us.
We can’t wait for more scenes like this incredible double breach off Manly last year!

While the whales were elusive today, the rest of the usual suspects came out to play.
We had a huge pod of Common Dolphins bow riding and hanging out with us this afternoon! As well as some action from the local Gannets.
