Another great day with the whales!

Pectoral fin slapping galore in the morning, followed by more pectoral fin slapping in the afternoon + number of breaches as the wind picked up!

Southern migration is picking up steam with numbers of whales going south rising daily!

Some powerful tail throws seen onboard our cruises today!

We also had a couple of pods breach in the distance, but once we got there they had quietened down. Next time! πŸ˜„

A stunning day on the open ocean with flat seas and sunshine β˜€οΈ

We found a number of whales cruising south giving us the occasional wave and on our way back in we came across a number of dolphins, seals and seagulls all feeding on a bait ball not far from the harbour entrance.

Next cruise departs tomorrow at 11:00 from Darling Harbour and 11:30 from Circular Quay. See you there 😎

A super Sunday with non stop breaching on our afternoon cruises!

Our regular passenger Adam struck gold again and sent us these amazing shots!

He said he needs to lie down after taking more than 1500 photos and holding his camera up all afternoon! Who knew that taking photos of breaching whales is hard work! πŸ˜‚

A great day of whale watching with fairly calm seas, sunshine and most importantly whales! :)

Tomorrow should be another great day with even calmer conditions and hopefully even more entertaining whales πŸ˜†

Oh my they are having fun

Spent a lovely afternoon with a number of humpback whales not far from the harbour entrance.

A pod of dolphins kept us company as well, which is always an added bonus. We do see some on maybe 50% of our cruises, so there is always more to see than "just" the whales :)

Tomorrow's weather isn't looking fantastic for whale watching so we will be back again on Saturday!

  • My experience was amazing I say Whales breaching it was fantastic. And the crew on the boat made my experiences a great and safe place to be.

  • Weather was a bit miserable, but the boat made it comfortable. The crew had their finger on the pulse out there and when whales were spotted by a sister boat, we were taken quickly to a perfect viewing spot. The whales repeatedly breached, including a double breach from the pair. We got great photos and finished the voyage pumped.

  • The boat, crew and overall experience was fabulous! Whales were promised and wow we were blown away, we can’t believe that we saw whales breaching and tail slapping so close we felt at times we could almost touch them.
This crew have perfected the tour with an onboard Marine Biologist and happy, easygoing but safe attitude.

  • Must to do with kids. Amazing experience with kids. Must to do if in Sydney. There is big difference watching whale compared to other animals as the shear size of whale and they move is magnificent.
