About Our Discovery Cruise

Our 2.5-hour Discovery Cruise is designed to give you the best value cruise for your money, combining speed, comfort, and breath-taking views of humpback whales (and other sea creatures) in their natural habitat.

Departing from Darling Harbour, you’ll reach the open ocean after a quick Sydney Harbour cruise to explore on Fantasea Avalon. Watch whales in comfort from the seated sun deck, covered rear deck or climate-controlled cabin.

Our Whale Guarentee

We successfully sight whales on approximately 99% of our cruises. In the unlikely event that no whales are successfully sighted during your cruise, you’ll receive a free return whale watching cruise to use during the current season.
