That’s all for 2024 folks!

Whale season has come to an end, and what an incredible season it’s been. We want to thank every single person who joined us out on the Humpback Highway this year. We had some truly once in a lifetime moments with the whales! It brings us so much joy to be able to run these cruises and share the experiences with you.

A massive thank you also goes out to all of our dedicated crews. From the teams in the ticket offices, to the truly talented skippers and dedicated deck hands that make it possible to observe the whales and give you the best experience on the water.

To all of our regular customers, the photographers, and nature lovers, we appreciate all the passion you bring on board!

Let’s have a fantastic summer, and we’ll see you next season for the return of our beautiful Humpbacks! For now, and over the next few posts we’ll leave you with some of our favourite images from 2024! 🐋

Even though our whale season is coming to close this weekend - that doesn't mean that they're not out there, we're still seeing activity!

We saw a few pods of humpback whales throughout the day and a massive pod of Common dolphins we assumed to be 30-40 in the one pod and then later we were greeted with a pod of Bottlenose dolphins, and we managed to glimpse a mother and calf bottlenose dolphin in amongst the splashing chaos! 🐬

We were still seeing more humpback activity out there as we said goodbye and headed back into the harbor - like we said, it's not quite over yet!

We're still seeing some exhilarating sights from our blubbery friends out there! 🚀

As we left the heads, we were tracking 2 humpback whales then decided to look back North and we're sure glad we did. We saw a mother can calf breaching just up at North Head and decided to go have a look and on our way over there we were joined by a pod of Common Dolphins riding the waves with us! 🐬🐋

That was epic!

We lost count of the breaches from this little calf, and again the show really came to a crescendo when mum decided to get involved! We even had a massive double head lunge right beside the boat! What a show!!!

A beautiful time this morning, cruising along the coast with a mum and calf. it was a day for pectoral fins, with mum and calf giving us a big display near the cliffs, before we were joined by a pod of two more friendly humpbacks. They put on a show, slapping their fins on the water and almost sailing along, upside down! ... See MoreSee Less

Unbelievable! Its supposed to be getting quiet out there but that show this evening was incredible. A very playful calf gave us breach after breach, before mum joined in with a massive breach. We then saw the whales dive deep, before popping up right next to our boat for a very close encounter!

We only have until the 17th November before this season comes to an end, so join us soon for an adventure!

Its still not over yet! We might be coming to the last two weeks of the season, but the whales gave us a last minute show this evening. We have cruises running until 17th November and itll be the last chance to see our beautiful blubbery friends until next season!Image attachment

Throw you tail in the air, and wave it like you just don't care!

Fantastic cruise this morning, tracking several pods heading South just outside of the Harbour entrance. One whale decided to get very lively for us and gave some huge tail slaps!

That was wild! Our adventure cruise had an amazing time on the water this morning, with some calves putting on a show as soon as we left the harbour. We even had a huge breach from the mum right by the boat, truly incredible! ... See MoreSee Less
