We got lucky on our midday cruise with a pair of whales steadily making their way south. It’s certainly getting to the end of the season with much fewer of our big blubbery friends each day, but will still get moments of magic!
Sunday 16th November will be our last day for the season, so book yourselves in before then, as it’ll be another 6 before our whales return!

Powerful and stunning! Some big tail throws from mum and calf just off Dee Why beach earlier this afternoon. Including a couple of lazy attempts at breaching from the calf! We got very lucky with the amount of activity as the swell picked up and the wind was getting wild, good job the whales seemed to be enjoying it!!

Only a week left of Whale Watching Season 2025 and they’re still trying to fly!
After the excitement of the white whale ‘Siale’ sighting this past couple of days, we almost thought we couldn’t have any more excitement. However our first trip today got some big breaches from a whale heading South followed by some great peck slaps near the boat.

White Whale Spotted!!
7th November at 4pm off Botany Bay, our crew, assisted by @orrcaaustralia located one of the only 2 known white whales on the East Coast of Australia.
The other being the world famous Migaloo, this young one is believed to be the calf born in Tonga last year and know as ‘Siale’.
This was a once in a lifetime! We kept a safe distance of 500m from the young whale as she headed North. Guided closely by @nswnationalparks to ensure we did everything possible to remain safe. The whale decided to come and take a closer look at us, we put the engines in neutral while she came within around 300m before giving us some peck slaps and a slight head lunge.

She's not the only albino calf out there. There's actually two. Both born last year in Tonga. Mâhina and Siale. Both recently spotted and doing well.. ❤️

We’re so close to the end of the season but it seems no one has told the whales! Big breach today from one of a large pod (we think we counted 7). They were heading South and gave us some huge tail slaps and a fantastic cruise!

The whales really showed us what the "tail end" of the season looks like 😂
This morning's cruise we spotted a pod of 6 Pacific Common-Dolphins then on our last trip we were seeing a mother and calf throwing their tails into the wind.
We still have cruises running, so jump on when you can :)
The season isn't over yet!
